In Celebration of the 2017 National Heroes Day, in Promotion of Filipino Sign Language Use and Recognition in the Philippines, and as a Tribute to Apolinario Mabini, Icon of Persons with Disability, Gawad Metronian Education Foundation Inc. presents the Film-Benefit Screening of PULE: UTAK NG REBOLUSYON (PULE Brains of the Revolution), an Educational Documentary by Mirana Medina narrated in Filipino, subtitled in English, interpreted in Filipino Sign Language.
Featuring:
The Silent Steps, DLS-CSB School and Deaf Education and Applied Studies’ All-Deaf Performing Group in their first-ever interpretation in Filipino Sign Language of Mabini’s El Verdadero Decalogo (1898) and the first film music scoring work of Thristan Mendoza, a twice-exceptional person with autism.
