Thousands of UNITA troops, trained and armed by the racist South African army, launched a violent offensive against the FAPLA forces, loyal to the the Angolan government, and a group of Cuban advisers, combatants of the Revolutionary Armed Forces, stationed in Cangamba, a small town located in the South of the country. For over a week, it develops an unequal battle, which also hits the innocent civilian population. This film attempts to capture and recreate this dramatic situation, in which the combatants FAPLA and FAR, try to resist and prevail, “How much can a man resist under constant bombardment …”
