Japan Foundation’s Exchange Program for Film Students…and Action! Asia #4 will take place in Tokyo, Japan from Feb. 27 to March 10, 2018. UPFI will be selecting three film students (currently enrolled) who are interested to participate in the Exchange Program.

Conditions of Film Production:
1. Length: Short Film
2. Genre: Documentary, drama, or Experimental
3. Theme:
– Hope
-Secret

Please submit the following no later than FRIDAY, NOV. 10, 2017, 5PM
